Shipping Policy

All orders are processed the same day they are placed on our website, unless the order is received on a public holiday or weekend, in which case it will be processed the next working day.

Processing & Delivery Time Once your order is confirmed, it is processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times within the USA are normally 5-10 business days. During high demand periods such as Spring Sales, Black Friday or other promotions, delivery may take up to 2-3 weeks.

Tracking All shipments include a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Shipping Address Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, we are unable to offer a refund. Any re-shipment due to an incorrect address will be at the customer's expense. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Uncollected Packages If a delivery attempt is made and the customer cannot be reached, a notification will be left. If the package is not collected within 15 days it will be returned to us and no refund will be issued.

Returns Shipping Any return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
